FIELD FOREMAN
- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience with proven ability to lead a crew
- Minimum of 5 years reading and comprehending architectural details
- Minimum of 10 years of on-site experience in building envelope
- Exceptional pride in the work that is delivered and can keep quality control at best
- Can keep track of material usage, time spent and can correlate these to completion of project
- Communicates well in a team environment
- Successfully able to creatively problem solve
- Experience using project management software, such as Procore
- Keen to grow within a company
- Customer service driven
FIELD INSTALLER
- Minimum 5 years of building envelope installation on commercial job sites
- Ability to work efficiently work independently from start to finish
- Has a high level of quality control
- Can reference and follow architectural drawings
- Positive with a can do attitude
- Accountable to follow a schedule and ownership of their work
- Self starter
- Experience using project management software, such as Procore
- Keen to grow within a company
- Customer service driven
FIELD HELPER
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Works at an efficient pace

- Experience on a commercial job site
