Vancouver Exterior Siding Project

We love projects for clients who can appreciate beautiful finishes on the inside and outside of their home. This client was committed to creating beautiful lines and architectural details for his facade. We were able to really utilize our skills that require us to pay attention to the detail, every corner and reveal is perfect. We are really proud of how this turned out. Our scope included:

TD Canada Trust,

Vancouver Exterior Siding Project

This TD Bank location was new construction and we were awarded the contract to complete the aluminum composite panel portion of the building envelope. The assembly was as follows:

Abbotsford

Residential Exterior Siding Project

We worked very closely with the home owner on this project. We were able to provide experienced advise on the various options during the design phase. Ultimately the client decided to go with a primed Hardy panel and shake combination, and had it painted once installed. Painting once the entire wrap is done provides a clean finish, it also ensures that the sun exposure ages all aspects at the same time, so the client doesn’t end up with caulking a different color that the Hardy. Multi Residential Project

We had a variety of scopes to complete within this project. One of the challenges we overcame on this project was the multiple points of contact various building envelope facades came together in multiple areas. We worked very closely with BC Building Science to create design build specs, this exercised our field experience. Our communication with fellow trades were needed to ensure sequencing of facades and various flashings were completed in the correct order. The various scopes we successfully completed on site were:

Exterior Siding Project

For this project we worked with a General Contractor. Our contract was to complete the siding portion of the building envelope.

Vancouver Exterior Siding Project

For this project we worked closely with the designer hired by the client. The design firm had a very specific vision to create this chevron pattern on the exterior facade. This took a high level of attention to detail for our field team to successfully utilize our materials to create this grid. The scope of work for this project inlcuded:
